1. Take the Chakli Premix in a bowl.
2. Add water gradually and mix well.
3. Knead into a soft, smooth dough.
4. Cover and rest the dough for 5-10 minutes.
5. Fill the dough into a chakli maker.
6. Press chakli spirals onto a greased surface or butter paper.
7. Heat oil on medium flame and deep-fry the chaklis until crisp and golden brown.
8. Let the chaklis cool completely before serving and packing.
