Reddy Made Instant Dosa Batter is a ready-to-use batter for soft idlis, crispy dosas and fluffy uttapams. It is made with 75% rice and 25% black gram, with a little fenugreek seed and salt, and prepared with RO purified water. There is no grinding, soaking or fermenting to do. Just open, pour and cook.

- Open the pack and pour the batter into a bowl.
- Stir gently. If the batter has thickened, add a little water and mix gently.
- For dosa: spread a ladle of batter on a hot, lightly greased tawa and cook until golden and crisp.
- For uttapam: pour a thicker round of batter on the tawa, add toppings such as onion, tomato or coriander, and cook on both sides.
- For idli: pour the batter into greased idli moulds and steam until cooked.
- Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
- Keep refrigerated.
- Store the unopened pack in a cool, dry and hygienic place, away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
- Once opened, transfer the mix to a clean, airtight container.
- Use a clean, dry spoon every time.
- Store prepared chutney in the refrigerator and consume it soon.
